After the news story about horse meat being substituted for beef, here’s a story about a cow being used as a horse. Like many little girls 12-year-old Iris Becker dreamt of having her very own horse. However, when it became clear that this dream wouldn’t become a reality, ingenious Iris came up with another idea - riding cows. The real life ‘cow girl’ is now a regular sight riding around the village of Wehe in Germany on the back of her bovine steed Jutta.
